AHV Compensation Fund/Family Compensation Fund
Association members can insure their employees all over Switzerland thanks to swisstempcomp, the AHV compensation fund (AK117), and swisstempfamily, the swissstaffing family compensation fund. Both funds are active in all cantons.
This allows every swissstaffing member to benefit from favorable terms for themselves and their staff.

As a swissstaffing member, you are affiliated with the compensation fund swisstempcomp (AK117). swisstempcomp is your competent, efficient partner for implementing 1st pillar social insurance:

swisstempfamily family compensation fund
As a swisstempcomp member, you benefit from favorable conditions provided by the swisstempfamily family compensation fund. swisstempfamily covers the following across the whole of Switzerland:
- Family allowances as per cantonal legislation
- Other delegated tasks relating to vocational training and family allowances
Membership
If, as a swissstaffing member, you currently pay your OASI contributions to a cantonal fund, then by law you are required to change your compensation fund to swisstempcomp. If you are a member of another association fund, your company may choose the compensation fund and/or change every five years.

CBA contribution
Since 1 January 2012, swissstaffing members have made six-monthly contributions via swisstempcomp to the enforcement, further training and social funds of the CBA on Staff Leasing – yet another all-round service from swisstempcomp.
